    Water might enter into the diffuser base and damaged the circuit board, always pour water with the correct direction to avoid water enters into the diffuser board.

  • Why the diffuser does not work?

    Please check if the diffuser have been connected well with the wall socket, unplug the adapter and reconnect again.

  • Why the mist is so weak or less mists come out?

    Add too much water and exceed the max line, the water level must under the max line, otherwise the mist can not come out.

  • Why no mist comes out from the water tank?

    The diffuser was placed on an uneven surface, causing the fan port to be blocked. Please place the diffuser on a flat surface to ensure that the product works properly.

  • Why the diffuser shuts off itself?

    The water runs out or up to the timer setting, the unit shuts off automatically to ensure safety.

[CUSTOM] Never pour water out from the air outlet side directly, water might enters from the aire outlet hole and corrode the board, which cause the diffuser machine defective and stopping working.

1. Unplug the diffuser from power source. 2. Fill water tank with fresh up to ‘MAX’ line. 3. Add 5-10 drops of your favorite essential oil water. 4. Plug in and turn it on using button. 5. Select desired diffusion mode light setting control buttons. 6. Always pour out specified side avoid damaging diffuser. 7. Clean after each use by wiping a damp cloth allowing air dry. 8. Store cool, dry place when not use.
